Course Enrollment & Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the enrolled course for six months from the payment date. Access is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
Payment & Refunds
All course purchases are processed securely via Razorpay. We offer a 7-day refund policy — if you are not satisfied with a course, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, documents, and materials, is the property of Sangeeta Monga and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: share your login credentials, record or redistribute course content, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Limitation of Liability
Sangeeta Monga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
